Good value, big portions. My whole table got the #1 and it was solid. Lots of meat portions and broth was good. Pork chop with rice dish was also pretty good. The coffee was really thick, but coffee flavor was still there. I didn't think it was anything too special but maybe it would be good spot if you're just craving solid pho. No bum bo hue (sadly).

It's all a numbers game with pho, and this one came highly recommended by a friend who lives out there. The broth here is super-savory and has a deep flavor. The #1 is the everything sample: soft rare steak, tender brisket and flank, tendon and tripe for texture. If you're hungry, there's one with Beef Ribs. Same solid broth and it's fun to see those big bones sticking out of your soup. Sadly, I don't think I'd get it again - one of my ribs was mostly a sac of inedible fatty tissue, and that was really unpleasant. Eggrolls are the best! Impossibly crunchy wrapper, juicy mincemeat with a perfect ratio. Get more than one order because four is too few to share. Dip in fish sauce and wrap in lettuce for best results. I like it. I bet you will too.

Always always always 5 stars! Ordered the number 7 pho which has well done flank. Rare steak, and tripe a plenty. And that golden savory broth is to die for. Place was packed on a rainy day, but I was sat down only after only 10 minutes even though I was 6th on the list. The team of workers really hustle and work together to ensure quick service, water refills, and checkout process.

We randomly chose Pho 45 for dinner as we were in the area and craving pho. BEST decision ever because the quality and service here are both top-tier. Their employees are hardworking and very helpful. They brought our bigparty of 9 everything we asked for quickly (plates of raw onions, extra limes, scallion oil, etc) and were not stingy like some other pho restaurants I've been to. Our waters were always filled without us needing to ask the staff. The restaurant was clean and spacious with lots of parking spots in the plaza. I ordered the #2 Pho Tai Fillet Mignon with the rare steak on the side. The meat was soo tender (honestly probably the best meat I've had at a pho restaurant) and they even brought out a little bowl of piping hot soup to cook the raw meat in so the blood doesn't get in your broth. Talk about service! The portion sizes are huge and the prices were extremely reasonable. Their pho broth is very clean and flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. One of the best phos I've had in a while and would definitely come back!

Something to note about this place was that it was lively and completely packed on a Thursday lunch and that got me really excited to see what got people coming. My friend and I both ordered Pho Dac biet and we got cha giờ (egg rolls) to share. What was amazing was the fact that the food took about 5 minutes to come out, which told me that that they're constantly cooking and pumping food out. Pho đặc biệt (5/5): portions were good, noodles were good, broth was good, but what stood out to me was the meat! My standard of quality of meat is usually looking at fat content and at how tender it is, and the meat here is top tier! Everything was done perfectly and it was unbelievably tender. What also was a good touch was that their tendon was done well and there was a good amount of it. Chả giò (4/5): standard egg roll. Nothing too special about it and it got the job done.

I grew up in SGV and OC, so when I moved to Rowland Heights, I was disappointed to find that the pho in the area just wasn't the same. Recently, I discovered Pho 45, only 20 minutes away, and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed! I normally avoid pho tai because of the chewy texture, but my fiance ordered it and recommended I try some of his cause of how good it tasted. Holy moly, their tai was incredible--it melted in my mouth. You can tell it was cut against the grain, just as it should be. I ordered the pho with beef bone, and the flavor was outstanding. I couldn't believe the size of the bones they provided. Each piece had so much meat on them. The rich, savory broth reminded me of the pho I grew up eating. Bonus points for how hot the broth stayed--even my last bite was steaming, unlike other places where it turns lukewarm after 10 minutes. That said, the noodles were slightly overcooked for my liking, even when first served. Still, everything else made up for it. The ambiance was warm and inviting, like any good pho spot should be. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone craving authentic pho in the area.

This place is always on my list when I visit OC. I've tried their pho, bun (dried vermicelli), spring rolls, coffee, & etc. Everything tastes great. I also like their service evict is fast & welcoming. This place is kinda big but is packed all the time. I'll recommend to go early to avoid the crowed.

Quick just like the service here. These guys work really hard. It seems like a lot of hustle and bustle inside but you're never really waiting for food. From order to placing, there was roughly 5 minutes. Inside is a typical pho shop. Some tv's up to watch the game but pretty quiet and clean. Pho is delicious. Clean broth, well cooked meat. My child of two years eats free! They gave her a small bowl and her noodles. Place is a can't miss.

12/16/2024 - Personally, I think this is one of the best pho restaurants in the area. A bowl of pho here costs $14.99, which I think is reasonable! It may seem like a lot considering how their pho used to cost $9.45 years ago. But I've been to places now that charge $17-20 for pho that doesn't taste nearly as good and sometimes are smaller in portion. We ordered the #1 Pho 45 Dac Biet combo (with rare steak, well done flank, tendon, and tripe) and the #5 Pho Tai Chin (with well done steak and brisket). The pho has good taste overall and comes in a large bowl. They don't skimp out on the meat and the cuts they use are not fatty. We also got the #34 Cha Giao (4-count crispy egg rolls). It came with lettuce you could wrap the egg rolls in and vinegar to dip. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but I did notice that they have more staff working the floor than they need to adequately serve the patrons. That being said, the staff was super attentive and ready within seconds if you needed anything.

Their pho and other dishes is excellent. The soups are boiling hot when them come out of the kitchen. A lot of indoor seating and no outdoor. Parking is shared with different stores in the plaza. Service is good and adequate for the food.
